1 - When the Lutemkrat did arise from the tombs the first time, and is easy to be an one-man-band?
Wolf Lutemkrat - Hello… Lutemkrat has appeared in the beginning of the year 2002. The difficulty of being a one-man-band is to make all the work alone. One of the advantages is the total freedom of composition, without being influenced by other people.
2 - What is musical spirit which animate you?
Wolf Lutemkrat - I can say I am influenced by Extreme Metal and the 80’s Metal. But my objective for Lutemkrat is to establish my identity, and it will be stronger as the time goes by.
3 - Which is your philosophy behind your music, what do you want to express with your lusic?
Wolf Lutemkrat - It’s all related in my thoughts, ideals and philosophies. I try to pass in my music feelings of destruction, hate, chaos, misanthropy and also the denial to religions and creeds. Lutemkrat is my life represented as music.
4 - And you r release, how was your recording process, how do you mix all the sound, are you satisficed with the sound?
Wolf Lutemkrat - The “Never Surrender” Mcd was finished in four nights. Three nights were dedicated to the recordings. I recorded all the instruments by the digital recording process. On the last night I had special attention to the mixing. I listened to it many times until I was satisfied with the results.
5 - Any label interested in your sound, are you sending your stuff to big labels, why?
Wolf Lutemkrat - Today are many serious labels with quality in their releases. I already got some offers but nothing is for sure yet.
6 - Will you play anytime in live, will you use session members or will you stablish your band?
Wolf Lutemkrat - If someday I perform live shows, I will call “session members”, but they don’t will be part of the project. The project itself will always be a one-man-band.
7 - Do you have your own studio, is more easy to you record all your stuff, do you do the engineer parts to other bands?
Wolf Lutemkrat - I prefer to work alone, because that way I can do things in my way. I already got a offer to produce another band, but for now it was only an idea that wasn’t confirmed.
8 - What do you know of Peru?
Wolf Lutemkrat - I am in contact with some zines and webzines and I can say that Peru have many respected material. I met some bands by zines and webzines. I would like to listen and know them better.
9 - How do you create all to your band (logo, cover, lyrics, music, etc), are you a very creative person, do you read a lot to get ideas?
Wolf Lutemkrat - Many things that I created for Lutemkrat came to me spontaneously. When I start to compose I always got many ideas. I always take notes and record everything. Some ideas are excelent and can be used, others simply are throwed away. Nowadays I don’t have time to read, but I never had ideas for Lutemkrat from literature.
10 - Have you palyed in other bands, do you have enough time to your own personal life?
Wolf Lutemkrat - One more reason that I decided to be a one-man-band. I already had some experiences with bands but I never had such a serious involvement like Lutemkrat. About my personal life, I can say that I don’t have enought time.
11 - Are you satanist, which is the difference to you about he Chucrh of Satan and the christian one?
Wolf Lutemkrat - I can say that I don’t follow religions, rules, dogmas, beliefs, etc. Due to innumerable interpretations, it’s hard define certain things. Some people end up creating their own ideology, following their own ideals, just like me. Other people blindly add religions and other things, without even thinking about them. This people live a subordinate life without identity, and they are manipulated so others can have some profit.
12 - How do you see the magic of Bahia and the bahianas and the vudu one, do you believe in anyone?
Wolf Lutemkrat - No. Nothing of this things have a real meaning for me.
13 - And the politic, it have any interest to you or not?
Wolf Lutemkrat - Yes, and everyone has to be interested in politics, because it shows the direction of people’s life and somehow affects all the society. There’s no point of being a person that doesn’t care about what is happening. However the Lutemkrat thematic doesn’t have anything to do with politics and will never be.
14 - What do you think about your old metal scene, do you think that now have changed and is not so strong like in the 80’s, what about the old bands?
Wolf Lutemkrat - I always like the 80’s bands. I think that nowadays we have a excelent structure in the metal scene, but it can’t be compared with the 80’s.
15 - Any future plan?
Wolf Lutemkrat - I hope to release a full-lenght in 2004. News always will be noticed in the official site.
16 - Any last comment?
